Gold dropped $ 4 to $ 1541.00 at about 6:30AM EST, but it then uprose to as eminent as $ 1558.09 by belated morning in New York and ceased with a gain of .48%. Silver fell to $ 35.878 in London, but it then climbed to as high as $ 36.763 in New York and ended with a gain of .8%.
