Energizer Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company whose prime focus is the exploration and development of its 100% owned Green Giant Vanadium Project in Madagascar…one of the largest known vanadium deposits in the world.

Energizer Resources is the only company that has announced its intention to produce vanadium in the form required by the emerging battery technologies as its primary product, making it unique among vanadium producers. Vanadium is being used by the emerging battery technologies primarily in large energy storage systems called Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB) and also in electric car batteries. Currently, the vanadium required by these batteries in a liquid form called electrolyte is a secondary product that requires several stages of additional processing. Therefore, the cost to produce the Vanadium electrolyte is quite high. Energizer Resources intends to produce this form of vanadium directly from its processing facilities as its primary product which is expected to result in major cost savings. This will put Energizer Resources at a competitive advantage versus other vanadium producers and place it at the forefront of the emerging battery technologies as a preferred supplier of vanadium for these technologies.
