NEVADO RESOURCES CORPORATION
The Corporation was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on June 9, 2006.
The Corporation’s activities essentially focus on the exploration of mineral properties for commercial production. The Corporation does not currently operate any properties. The Corporation holds 100% interest in five mining properties. All properties are located in Quebec. These properties are comprised of 2,318 mining claims covering a total area of 122,700 hectares (1,227 km2). The Corporation currently concentrates its activities on the exploration and development of the La Blache project.
